
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER:
ATV Parts Warehouse is a membership, fee-based club which allows us to offer products to its members at a very low markup for substantial savings. Our Annual membership fee is currently $1,200.00/year (as of 10/24). Active riders and fleet operators will quickly save this amount back and much more over a year’s time.
To join, please send us your information for our consideration. Note that as of 10/24, our membership is full and we are not accepting any new members at this time. By limiting our membership , it allows us to maintain the best possible customer service. However, we maintain a first come / first serve membership waiting list should you still be interested in joining.
PAYMENTS:
We accept Bank Wires, ACH Transfers and all major Credit Cards.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
All orders over $100.00 are shipped free of charge in the continental United States. All other locations are based on the lowest rate UPS, USPS or FedEx available. Taxes and any duties are the sole responsibility of the member.
Free returns are offered on all items within 30-days of purchase. Items must be returned in its original packaging and not used, damaged or modified.
Refunds are made back to the same payment method.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Once you’re a member, you will be given a special member’s-only phone number and email contact for any questions or orders.
You will NOT be rerouted to some call center in SE Asia! Rather, you will speak with a real person at our warehouse, who is familiar with each and every part we offer.
